Worker Welfare & Psychological Safety Programs

Making welfare and speak-up culture part of operational performance, not a compliance afterthought.

2025 contract integrationHeat-stress controlsWelfare verification in site visitsPsychological safety campaign
What I did and project detail

What I did

  • Designed the BGC Worker Welfare Standard covering accommodation, food and hygiene, rest, heat stress, recreation, family communication and mental-health support.
